Rick and I have had the vision for this feature tumbling in our heads for months, so it’s easy to forget there’s a lot about these reports that need explanation. Like what they are, what they do, and most importantly, how they’re supposed to benefit clients? So here’s a crash course.
The how and when of our pivot
Our pivot is primarily driven by the realization that 64% of the Colorado market (businesses with one location) would likely remain out of reach under our old pricing structure. If we want to grab meaningful market share among these single-location businesses, we need to have a more affordable entry point. It really is that simple.
