Removed the step of showing all of the imported data once a successful import is completed. The idea being the timeouts we’ve seen are partly because of the amount of computing time done after an import has been successful.
For Question, Citation, and Definitions: We only show the number of items uploaded via that import.
For SOP importer: We show the list of SOPs, but only include the SOP name and a button linking to the template in the app.
This functionality has been incorporated as a configuration, allowing us to turn on/off this functionality as desired.

The ability to add text to a ‘version_change_text’ column. This column is required on the SOP info tab for all future imports, and you can just put it at the end of the list of columns if you’d like. No adjustments are needed for the tasks sheet.
The column can only be used when an SOP being imported is a new version of a template. If the field is populated for a V1 of a template, you’ll receive a validation error.

Deactivate a definition or citation upload from the Import History page
When a citation or definition upload appears in the import history table, the number under the “Items Uploaded” column is clickable
When clicked, details about that upload will appear, including the number of active and inactive items
If there are 1+ ACTIVE citations or definition in an upload, there will also be a “Deactivate Upload” button (clicking “Deactivate Upload” will deactivate all content in that upload)

Tag questions as “New” upon importing (i.e. apply the green badge). Part of this is the following change to the template:
Column “mark_as_new” added to right of publish date (field is always required)
Accepted values: “Yes”, blank
The functionality for “Publish Immediately” has been changed to “Publish Today”.
Note: upon importing, questions will be in “draft” until the next publishing action happens. sandbox environment publishing schedule set to run once an hour.
