Infused is a resource for all Simplifya employees, current and future. It gets its name from the idea that each of us brings something valuable, that we infuse the company with our experience and expertise. This website is a reflection of this unique blend of employees and ideas.
A Guide to the Content
The scope of Infused is self-evident when you skim the drop-downs, so I’ll just point out the difference between pages and posts:
- Pages are timeless in the sense they are generally intended to be permanent reference points. The content is relevant no matter when you read it.
- Posts are time-sensitive in the sense they are generally most relevant at the time they’re published. And the nature of a blog is that posts are pushed down the page and eventually over to the next page as new posts are published. Posts are categorized and tagged for easier navigating and searching. Perhaps the most interesting are the “9 things” posts written by employees.
How to Use Infused
All employees are encouraged to:
- Read, because it’s the least you can do!
- Comment, because you’re a human with opinions.
- Contribute, because you have something to share. There are two ways to contribute. You can share ideas on how to improve Infused. You can write a post to add to the blog. Either way, let me know and I’m happy to facilitate!
This can be a great communication tool for the company, a place where all of us get to learn and react in an environment that is restricted to employees. Like any tool, however, you have to use it to benefit from it!
