TX SOP Templates by Package

Our SOP templates are based on the date a set of regulations went into effect. This is referred to as the Effective Date of those regulations and it is displayed on every template. Generally, all templates in a package have the same Effective Date. In some instances, an agency will issue a bulletin or an emergency regulation that impacts only certain templates. When we update the impacted templates, we will update the Effective Date and Last Revised date accordingly.

The Last Revised date indicates when the template was last updated and the row is highlighted when it is within the past 30 days. Generally, updates occur when the regulations change, but we do on occasion make updates unrelated to the regulations. For example, when a readability improvement is made at the suggestion of a user.
